1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
At Saba Ali Khan, we ensure strict quality checks before dispatch.
- The product received is incorrect (does not match your order), or
- The product has a genuine manufacturing defect
2. Mandatory Unboxing Requirement
An unboxing video is mandatory for any claims related to:
- Incorrect product
- Missing items
- Damage or defect
Requests raised without proper proof may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Dislike of fabric, texture, fall, or material feel
- Color variation due to lighting, photography, or screen differences
- Size or fit issues (unless incorrect size was delivered)
- Minor variations in embroidery, design, or finishing
All product details, fabric composition, and descriptions are clearly mentioned before purchase. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
4. Condition of Returned Items
- Unused and unworn
- Unwashed and unaltered
- With original tags and packaging intact
Products that show signs of use, including perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, or any odor, will not be accepted.
5. Customized / Altered Orders
Products that are customized, stitched, or altered are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
6. Sale Items
All sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless defective or incorrect.
7. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Exchange will be processed after product passes quality inspection
8. Return & Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds except in the following cases:
- Incorrect product delivered
- Verified manufacturing defect
- Product must be returned in original condition
- Refund will be processed after quality check
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
9. Return Shipping & Pickup
- Return requests are subject to approval
- Reverse pickup will be arranged only after confirmation
- In certain cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product
10. Delay & Dispatch Policy
While we strive to dispatch all orders within the promised timeline, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (including production or logistics) may occur.
Such delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
11. Quality Check & Approval
All returned products undergo a strict quality inspection.
If the product does not meet our return criteria, it will be sent back to the customer.
12. Request Timeline
All return/exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Saba Ali Khan reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
We also reserve the right to decline service in cases of misuse of policy or repeated unreasonable requests.
