Saba Ali Khan – Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

You may return or exchange a product only if:

• You received an incorrect product (does not match your order confirmation).
• The product has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

• Timeframe: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• How to Contact: Email us at wecare@sabaalikhan.com with:
  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Image of the defective/incorrect product (if applicable)

3. Return/Exchange Process

For Exchanges:

1. Email us within 2 days of delivery.
2. Send the existing product to our head office in Vashi, Navi Mumbai (address provided upon request).
3. Make a new purchase and send us your new order details + shipment details of the returned product.
4. Quality Check: We will inspect the returned product to ensure it is unused and unaltered.
5. After verification, your refund will be processed as per the defined timeline.

For Returns:

• Our Quality Check team will verify the defect.
• If approved, you will be contacted for further action.
• The product must be received within 10 days of our advice, unused, unworn, and with original tags intact.

4. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

• Accessories (jewelry, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear)
• Custom-made or made-to-order products
• Orders placed using store credit
• Unstitched items (Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouse)
• Altered products
• Sale/promotional items (unless damaged)
• Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

5. Refund Process

Refunds are processed 10-14 days after initiation. The timing depends on banks and payment gateways.

6. Important Notes

• Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the product back to us.
• Quality Check: All returned products are inspected for condition and authenticity.
• Discretion: Saba Ali Khan reserves the right to amend these policies at any time.
